Change is good

90 out of 90 episodes recorded! I can’t believe we dropped 90 episodes in 90 days without missing a single one. It’s a lot of work, commitment, and dedication. I attribute it to all the listeners and supporters!

I am enrolled in a 6-week leadership course and I won’t be finished until April the 7th. This course is super difficult and even worth 9 college credits. Taking on new challenges and finding new ways to grow is always exciting and I recommend it to everyone!

I have made the decision to cut the show back to 5 episodes a week, Mon – Fri as this is when people are commuting and looking for fresh content. I am doing this for 2 reasons.

1 – I am struggling to juggle this and my 6-week leadership course. It’s really hard and I feel the content is slipping.

2 – I want to utilize the weekend to grow the show and find more awesome guests to provide some fresh perspectives.

There is nothing wrong with making changes. It’s often a  great idea to provide a breath of fresh air. This creates new motivation and opportunities for you in life and in business.

Are you ready to be entre Vied? Let's break free of the life we're told to live, create freedom and well, by adding value to others live challenge traditions, challenge authority and get onto ified. Hey, guys working to show. Thanks for coming. Thanks for listening tonight. Appreciate everyone out there. Appreciate the feedback. The subscribers, the reviewers, the listeners. Everybody appreciate all you guys. Thanks for sticking around. Definitely has some really awesome topics to cover tonight. It's actually gonna be about change and how It's good. Ah, I once heard it said Constant. The sort of change is the only constant in life and definitely was true in the technology field, Which was what I was in when I heard that saying from my old boss, Um, so yeah, definitely big thing keep in mind is change is the only constant. Don't don't get comfortable. Don't get complacent. Just be open to it and continually change, adapt, grow. So they gonna be kind of talking about how countrified it changing and adapting. And if you don't know what entre fight is, what it means, it's here to help you create success in your life by adding value to other people's lives and situations but taking action, challenging possibilities and making logical choices toward your own goals and dreams in order to achieve that next step. And ah, it's it's definitely important that you you understand your next step, your purpose. You're Why were you going? Definitely important to know eso. I've actually hit 90 out of 90 episodes in this goal. I had to park kissed every single day for 90 days and make it 10 to 20 minutes. Some hit 30 minutes. Someone hit an hour. You know, some I I hit like eight minutes. But still, guys, that's 90 episodes. I mean that I can't believe that I did it. And ah, definitely, definitely crazy when you think about it because doing something that you're not very lavish like whenever you do something new, like people going to the gym, for example, how many people that started in, let's say January, you know, 90 days ago, how many people that started then are still doing it today and I think that's consistent. The consistency is impressive, actually. The longer that you stick around, the longer you're going to stick around, so the longer you are fit and healthy. The longer you're going to be fit and healthy, you know, and vice versa, because I mean, look at look at a lot of people out there who are very fit, very healthy. They give a lot of effort and their diets and their workout routines and, you know, 90% of the time if they do it for five years, for example, I guarantee you they're going to keep doing it for the next five years in the next 10 years, the next 20 years, because it's become a lifestyle, it's become a way of life to them. And so I think it's very important that when you find something that you that you really hit that, can I fit into your lifestyle like fitness that you really, really take advantage of it. So minus podcasting speaking and I'm definitely taking advantage of it, you know, it's been around for 90 days, 90 episodes since I've done this 1 to 90 and it's gonna be around for obviously another 90 more days. 90 more episodes, because I have made it this far. I will make it that far and beyond that so very important that you always always stayed consistent in whatever you do. And sometimes priorities change. Sometimes priorities go up or down like, for example, Spanish have been learning Spanish for good two years now on my own. Bought a lot of books, used dueling go really cool app and ah, practice a lot and I just go through phases where it goes up it down. And there's some things in life that maybe lower priority. Obviously, learning a second language isn't always gonna be top priority. It'll kind of be a secondary. And so it's important to understand that having those secondary priorities that aren't as big of a deal if you don't consistently do them, because let's say I quit. Learn how to speak Spanish, throwing up that big of a deal. I'm just doing it because I like to do it. But if I quit podcasting, which this podcast is in about 30 countries, what then that would be taking away content from people from 30 different countries that'll listen to the show, So why would ever do that? You know what has a higher priority, the podcast or speaking Spanish, you know, so prioritizing in your life isn't very important thing you need to be cognitive. So just here to talk about day 90 and 90 here to talk about the show. What the what direction we're going in because it's very important. To have a direction is very important to know where you're headed, where you're going. And that's why I like to do these episodes. Every 10 episodes like to say, Hey, goes, Here's our direction. This is where the show entre fied is going for all the listeners out there free to be included hands and be like Okay, we're all going this direction and there's definitely gonna be a change today because, like I said, nine down in 90 gotta do something to change up, to mix it up to make it more effective. But I can't believe we dropped 90 abscesses in 90 days without missing a single day. Go back and look every single episode is there one through 90. It was a lot of work to get here. A lot of commitment, a lot of dedication, a lot of frustration, and there were some weeks that I felt like trash me, really did. But I kept going, kept going, kept showing up. I really attribute it all to the listeners and the supporters, people that listen to this show that keeps me going, you know, seeing that people want to hear this. That keeps me going. I appreciate you guys. I believe in you. I believe you can achieve similar success and whatever fills you choose in your life, I believe anybody can do it. So currently I'm enrolling a six week leadership course. It won't be finished until April. The seventh course is really difficult, and it's worth, I think, eight or nine college credits scrunching the six weeks. So definitely, definitely a lot of work, a whole lot of work and taking on a new challenge in finding new ways to grow. That's always exciting. And I recommend that to everyone you know, really challenge yourself, putting yourself to hit that next, that next level. The next goal in life, I think, is very important things, very important and interesting statistic of wanting out few episodes ago. I think it was actually, yeah, no, we haven't released it yet. It's gonna be next week. We'll be talking about this, um, topic, the when people write down their goals. Harvard Business School did a study, so students had written out their goals and other students didn't write out their goals. And the 3% that did right there goes out earned Maur income than the 97% combined in 10 years. You know, after coming back and check reassessing after 10 years, that's crazy. That's absolutely crazy. It was actually 10 times more then those guys combined, so that 3% earned 10 times more money than the entire 97% combined. It's me. It's stupid, stupid amount of difference there pick all because they had a written, clear path to success. And when I told you guys I was, you know, working on this show, I said, I'm going to make it to 90 days and look where I'm at 90 days and guess from going, going another in 90 days. And so it's important that you map out your goals. You have a road map, you have a travel map, a place that you're going in life and you stick with it. Stick to it anyway, getting back to what I was talking about, learning growing in my personal life. You know, I've definitely been growing a lot lately learning a lot, going through a lot of different situations. I think I've talked MAWR in the past few weeks, and I ever have in my entire life combined. It's definitely definitely different to be able to think outside the box and on your feet. His definitely different. Uh, I have made the decision to cut the show back to five days, five episodes a week, Monday through Friday, as this is when people are committing and looking for fresh content because they're driving. Ah, I'm doing this for two reasons. Reason number one, uh, juggling this in my six week leadership course is really tough, and I don't want to. I feel like content quality is gonna be slipping because last week was a rough week for me to record. I was like, Man, this is really hard to do all this at once. And number two, I want to utilize the weekends to grow the show, find more awesome any viewers and guests to provide you guys some fresh perspectives besides my my own and Jeffs and other people that regularly come on the show. I'd like to get new people, so I'm going to be utilizing Saturday and Sunday to do that and actually have somebody lined up coming in April the ninth, you're gonna be recording pretty excited for that guy. Scheduled him to be on this show. Just finding new people, new faces, new flavors. And I think with 90 episodes I mean G's guys. If there's, there's a lot of content there, So cutting it back to five out of seven days a week will open up my schedule a little more to be a little more focus in other areas. And obviously, if I have free time, I'll probably do a Saturday or Sunday, you know, because it just have been news from 90 days. But anyway, I'm gonna be This is the 30 day goal. So since this is a six week course, I'm gonna make this a 30. They go. So the next 30 episodes will be Monday through Fridays, and then we'll reassess. We'll see if this has been positive, negative, and if it's positive, will continue its negative will change your back. We'll goto, you know, seven days a week. Maybe we'll goto three days a week, one day away. Who knows? Who knows, But I have to make a change because I'm starting to fill my content slip that I'm giving you guys. I don't want to short you guys and but at the same time, I can't juggle both. So just being honest, being humble in admitting that I need to back off a little, there's nothing wrong with making changes. It's often a great idea to provide a breath of fresh air in your business, your job. You know what I'm talking about? Whenever you change course, you kind of get a new breath of fresh air. Those two extra days to me is gonna be a breath of fresh air because it's a lot of work to prepare show notes, to find interview subjects, to coordinate with people. It's a lot of work to create this stuff. It's not. It doesn't just pop up. And so taking time out of you know Saturday Sunday to create new content, Noo Noo experiences new perspectives to find new people and to market the show more effectively, I think will be benefit to everyone. And that's my executive decision there. No, this creates new motivation, opportunities for you in life and business. Whenever you make changes like I'm making on the show today and today for the action step. I just want you guys to find something in your life there. You need to change today. So what is something in your life that you you need to make a change? Because maybe it is too much. Maybe you maybe you need a dollar back. Maybe need dollar forward? I don't know. That's redo A says. So do that for me. Guys thinks we'll listen to the show. Have a great rest of the day. Are you feeling entre fied yet? We hope so.
