It’s important to take time for yourself. We are always giving other people our time and money yet rarely giving it to ourselves even though we created it!

I take 5 minutes every morning and night to sit and reflect on life. I unplug from everywhere and everything.

This mindfulness and time will unlock new perspectives into your world. This will enable you to overcome obstacles and have a clear picture of what you want.

ACTION STEPS – Take 5 minutes in your day and set a timer. Don’t do anything but sit there and enjoy the quiet time alone. Separate yourself from everything and think deeply about whatever comes to mind.

Are you ready to be entre vied? Let's break free of the life we're told to live, create freedom and well, by adding value to others live challenge traditions, challenge authority and get onto ified. Hey, guys, welcome to the show. Hope you ready to get entre five? We have some great content coming out for you for here today. Coming out for you here today. Well, cannot English today. Um anyway, day, we're gonna be talking about five minutes alone. That's great pants, Arizona. And we're also gonna be talking about a true five minutes alone. How it can impact you. Yeah, so, yeah. Anyway, before we dive in the show, you have five minutes alone. It's a pain terror song I used to listen to. I think it's more about, like, fighting like you give me five minutes alone with that guy. I'll beat him up, you know, stuff like that. But yeah, definitely. We're here to talk about, but I think that's hilarious, because every time I say think about five minutes alone, I'm like, thinking about the song was like, minutes and no. So anyway, getting off on intended to here it's important to take time for yourself. We're always giving other people our time and our money yet rarely ever giving it to ourselves even though we created it even though we own it, We made it. We produced it. Um, we're never giving ourselves what we're owed. What we're due. You know, I live by the principle of 10% So basically, I have 10% of money. Whenever I make money through whatever endeavor I'm doing, I will take 10% of those proceeds and pay myself to do with what I want with it. So perfect example is, let's say I make $1000 this week off selling, you know, a book or whatever. And my product, whatever. And I say, Okay, I got this $1000. I'm gonna pay myself 10%. So that's $100 before I pay anybody else. And why would you do that? Because I made that money. I worked for it. I created it. Why? Why would I spend it and give it away everybody else before I even get a cut of it? Thing is important, and some people may say, Well, what if I don't have enough for bills? Well, that's your problem because you should be hustling harder to cover those bills that are missing from you. Paying yourself clearly. You know, hustling hard enough you're not saving enough for your cash flow is in the negative, and those are all bad things. You should be able to give yourself 10% and still be perfectly okay. That shouldn't be issue. If it is, you have a bigger problem. Um, so we're always giving people our time and money and both the things you don't wanna be given away, To be quite honest, you want to create a business. You want to build a brand. You want to create something that you control, you own you. Do you direct the flow of time and money in that asset, I take five minutes every morning and every night to sit and reflect on life, lead to eternal lights out, except for maybe one and just sit in a comfortable chair and just think, you know Hey, how how can I really get crystal clear on where I'm headed in my life? How could I really know what direction I'm going? How can I really be an effective leader? How can I really do this or that and let my mind go its own direction. I give myself that 10% of time. You know, I'm giving my time Wait for the rest of the day for other people, clients, family, friends. Why don't I get some of that time first? You know, I owe myself five minutes alone. I unplugged from everywhere, everything, every expectation. I just I just live in the moment in those five minutes after in crystal clear and just gonna be honest with the guys here these past. It's past week or two. I've been taking this leadership course, um, in Florida, and it's 100 92 hour leadership courses. Spain's over six weeks, and I got to say, May I am really tired. I'm really tired. I know I've been cutting these episodes short, but I've been like every single day is debating about mindsets of leaders and how you want to be an effective leader. You know, we'll be talking about what do you think ineffective leader is? Patrick and I had to give an answer. I'll have to give an in depth answer and constantly make speeches and to be quite honest with you, guys. I'm kind of speech Doubt. I'm kind of talked out For the first time in my life, I will say I am tired of talking and I'm like Like my throat is like, bro, you talk a lot And yes, every day I'm talking for hours in these debates. It's like nine hours of the baby a day. It's crazy. So, yeah, I mean it really in these five minutes alone have been taken. I've really been thinking about how on my podcast here with you guys, I have been kind of cutting you guys short. And I don't want to do that. I want to make it known the reason why that I'm running out of breath and half dying because to finish episodes. Because, you know, I'm putting forth so much effort into my leadership course, and I'm trying to you give that effort here to the podcast. Is that normally give us like, wow, you know, just so much work and I'm not complaining, but I'm just letting guys No, this is where my time is going. It's It's to helping you guys become better in sacrificing my time because I really want you guys to grow. It's really important to me. Um, you know, the mindfulness, this mindfulness In time, we'll unlock new perspectives into your world. I've really been thinking about this stock market lately because I love to swing Trading day trade and volatility right now is absolutely insane with this whole Corona virus thing. But the problem I see I've been thinking about because any time you have something like this, this stupid media, they love to get on their soapbox and start yelling the dumbest stuff you've heard. So people be like recession and oh my God, recession market's crashing. And if you look at the true data and you look at it from a simple point of view because these guys super overcomplicate stuff, they'll bring out a pie chart or whatever X Y axis chart. And they'll just start drawing and spouting out Trish images. I'll bring up 2008 and how 2008 died. All this and trillions of dollars lost, and the problem is with that approach is too complicated. Stocks are simple, man simple. It's simple. You buy low, sell high or you buy high, so higher live by those principles. Whatever just really simple stuff. And here's what's in this. Five minutes have been sitting alone every morning. It's simple to me, is okay, this Corona virus thing. It's not a big deal, you know, a couple 1000 people affected. There's seven billion people on this Earth. It's really not that big of a deal. And the fact that the mark is dying, you know, just dying over that goes to show it's a very emotional response. There's no logic behind this, especially when companies like Microsoft are burning to the ground there. Microsoft is one of the greatest companies in the world. There's no reason for it to be going down. The fundamentals are amazing. So, looking at it, simply put, this is just a fire sale. This is like a black Friday. So and I've been buying like crazy and because I feel like, Well, I don't feel like I know this is gonna blow over and it's gonna bounce right back. And if it doesn't, who cares? I'll be dead because I have the crowbar. I'm just kidding. Get a little more, but there. But, um, this this mindfulness the five minutes it's gonna unlike new perspective, new thoughts and will enable you to overcome obstacles, blocked this white noise and have a clear picture of what you want. What you think What? You know what your gut knows, Because how many times it is your gut, right? It's right. 10 times out of 10 man. What about you guys? But my gut is like spot on. But if there's too much noise going on around me and in my head, I can't listen to my gut effectively. That's important that you hear you got effectively. So here's the action set for today, and I'm cutting short. I'm sorry I've been cutting short guys, but this is really I'm giving you guys 100 10% and I'm sputtering, you know, just really killing myself these past few weeks talking. I never thought I'd say a talk. I'm talking too much, but I really think it is too many speeches. But the action step is I just want you to take five minutes out of your day and set a timer. Don't do anything but just sit there. Enjoy the quiet time alone. No electronics, no TV. Separate yourself from everything. I think deeply about whatever comes to your mind and cleared up. Get a clear, crystal clear picture of what? Where you going and what you're doing. All right. They used to listen to the show. Guys, head over the entre five that com forts Eyes. Thank you.
