Are you ready to be entre vied? Let's break free of the life we're told to live, create freedom and well, by adding value to others live challenge traditions, challenge authority and get entre fied on. Hey, guys, this is Jeff. I'm here with Patrick. Patrick, How are you doing or not? Pretty good, man. Let my best life awesome. This and I had a couple things I want to talk about. First get started, and Patrick, they will go ahead. So, you know, one of the things that I wanted to talk about is getting ah, are setting a standard for yourself and keeping it consistent. You know, a lot of times people will, you know, set a high standard, but it's not something that they maintain over time. And what I really wanted to point out about that has imagine something you do every day in a small way for the rest of your life. And if you can consider, you can think about that now I want you to think about, okay. You do something in a great way for the next year. A lot of people they think OK, well, it's gonna be that it's gonna be the year, you know, if you don't it really, really great. Whatever it is for a year, you know how that's gonna bay. You're gonna have a massive amount of results. But when you factor in time, if you do things in a small way and you live another 40 50 years, you know, I mean, that is like, dramatic difference, you know? I mean, just in a small way. What do you think about that, Patrick? Yeah, like a is this thing? I do? Of course I do military part time. So I have to take a fitness test every year. And the way I always pass it is I started doing this thing where I do one push up and set up a day. You had to do a certain my push ups sit ups in a specific amount of time. So six months out from the test, I do one push up and then once it up in the next day, idea to push up to sit ups. And then every day I had one too. The number and you know, next thing you know, I'm doing 100 push ups and sit ups in a minute, and it's like, Wow. Yeah, And there's a book that I have, um, from this old military. Ah, Captain, He was in World War Two and he says he was in a war prisoner of war camp for about six years. And he says he says, uh, and you know these guys. They may be. They say what everybody says. He did like 1000 push ups one day, and he just kept pushed himself every day, doing more and more and more. Wow, that's a lot of push ups. Yeah, crazy. You know, you know, use. That was one of the things I was gonna talk about was working out. You know, that was one of my examples that I have here, you know, it's I was working out. You could do it that away. So if you started out like what he's talking about, what you're doing A small amount. And you just kind of worked up to it and I went toe workout today. That's something new for me, Patrick. I've been around people, you know, that has worked out and done things like that and, you know, really, to be honest with you, they they speak volumes into your life because over time you keep hanging out with those people. Eventually, you're like, Wait a minute. Maybe I should try this, you know? And sometimes it takes a long time to ever get you know where you're thinking like that. But if you keep hanging out with those type of people, that news, you know, successful things. And I think working out is a successful thing, because I really think it hips your mindset. I think you know which I ain't no doctor. And I can't tell you a lot about that. It's, you know, the endorphins and all that. But I have heard that, you know, it releases, you know, endorphins and things like that when you work out. And so anyway, to get to the point, I worked out today and I felt really good and I'm kind of a little bit concerned about, you know, But the soreness thing, I worked a little bit last week, and, um, you know, it was really my back was really sore on that. So I was like, Wow, you know, I don't I don't want to push this, but this is the point that I want to make you guys see me and a friend of mine. We went in and, you know, we started this. And it was one of those things were that first week was pretty tough for me, not the weight. But I was more concerned with my body, You know, Is certain muscles were weak and actually wound up. I know it sounds weird. Bedroom. One of throwing my back out, right. And we're talking about Wait, wait. That was not Haiti, you know, it was not heavy at all. And so I had a little issue this over the weekend. I was like, you know, three or four days there were I was really struggling, you know, just to get up and go. And now what's that got going? It was good, but my point is this. I could have let that first work week. Excuse me. Can't talk to get the Oh, sorry about that. I couldn't let that first week run it for me. I could've said Well, man, I just can't do that. You know, I'm too old. I can't do that anymore, you know? But the truth is what I can do, and I maybe you know, uh, crying out for mercy tomorrow. But I said, You know what? I'm not gonna stop because it's something. I'm not doing it for the muscles, You know what I mean? I'm doing it because it gets your heart rate up, you know? And I believe it lowers your amount of stress because you get rid of some stress. So I couldn't let that first week mess me up, guys. But I kept back, kept on, and I'm working through it. And it's not like I said, it's not even about how much weight that I'm doing. So I want you to understand, like, this small, consistent change. And even if you have todo you know, two or three days there, it just don't work out. People can get, you know, so influenced by two or three days were like, Oh, well, you know, I can't do it no more. Now, I've done missed two or three days. Well, so what? So what? I mean, you missed two or three days. What if it was two or three weeks? So what? Yeah. I mean, you know, you got the rest of your life. What do you think, Patrick? Yeah, I just had a few things because I've been working on for years because the military basically makes you work out to be to stay in the guard. I just do it part time. And, uh um, one of things for being in the gym I've learned over time is and you can applies to your life. You know, business, work. Whatever is that? Number one. Before you even start to focus on lifting heavy, doing heavy things, doing big amounts, you need to have your technique down. It's kind of like a It's like a Bruce Lee thing where he says he practices. One kicked 5000 times. Some like that, um, but basically, so that way you don't throw your back out, you need to start really, really light and make sure you have the reps down. You have the form down. And I mean, sometimes you get sometimes Yugoslavia, But most times you're gonna need to use a good form. Yeah. So I really recommend most people that in your business, whatever, you really just do the fundamentals. I mean, you look at the most professional guys in the game like Tiger Woods and these other guys. All they do is practice the fundamentals, the basics, and that's lifting. And that's how you lift. That's not, you know, lifting with your legs, not your back stuff like that basic stuff. And the second thing I'll add is, uh, it's okay, two to not it's okay to go to the gym and not work out. That's a weird statement, I know, but it's okay to go to the gym and not work out. It's okay to go inside the gym, sit down on the treadmill and walk for 10 minutes and then leave. That's okay, because there have been days where I go into the gym like today, and I did. You know, I did work out good 45 minutes. I did to muscle groups, did by eight different lists. 10 different list at it. Great. I did a lot of weight. They're pretty heavy. And there are some days when I go into the gym and I don't really feel like being there doing anything. And I don't push myself because if I push myself to the point, I'll be like, Man, I don't like doing this. And so what I'll do is I'll just go to the treadmill. You know, I'll let my body kind of ease into it and get a little momentum. I walk around, I'll be like, All right, man. All right, here we go. All right, now I'm walking on a treadmill. I just don't feel like lifting heavy weights today. I'm gonna go to the bike and just sit here and pedal for a little bit. And then if you don't feel like doing more, that's okay. Because, like I said, I did that yesterday. Today I went in, I lifted a lot of weights. A lot of heavyweights. I made some big improvements unnoticed, and that's okay. So every now and then just taken taking a not arrest. Don't Don't miss it. Get in the gym. Make sure you're in the gym, But don't Don't force yourself to burn out. Don't try to force yourself every day to do heavy heavy. You know, like the push ups. If you're doing one more push up every day. If I'm doing one push up today to Tomorrow three the next day and in that fourth day, I just you know, I'm sore. I don't feel great. I'm still going to do at least one, but I'm not gonna be like, All right, I got to get five. I gotta get five, But I'm putting in the effort to show up. So even if just showing up is half the battle and if you can win half the battle, there you go. And so I'm not saying do that all the time, but I'm saying just be consistent in going and then your body will do the rest. So I think that makes a lot of sense. I mean, you know what Check goes back to my point when I originally said was make sure that you do things in a small way. You know, if you do it in a small way for the rest of your life, I mean, it's gonna make a big difference. And you're talking about that. It makes sense. And also in theirs, different areas that you can apply this to. You know, another thing is is like your morning routines and getting up and getting feeling good. You know when and figuring out what works for you, and that's what's key. So what he's saying and what you know I'm trying to say is well is is find out what works for you, you know, is how can I feel good and do what I need to do because it's not. It's gonna be different. Sometimes you're not always gonna be ableto look at it in the same way and do the same things because there's just something that's different, you know? And sometimes it's our mindset. I mean, let's just be honest. You know, we we were looking her mind set. We so Well, you know, I'm just not feeling good today. You know what we've I think we've We have talked about that before, you know, making sure that you're thinking good thoughts and stuff like that. But, you know, there's certain times that you have to adjust like getting on that treadmill, you know? And if the morning routine, I believe Well, Patrick, you talked about five minutes in the morning. You know where you just relax? You know, find what works for you guys, and when it's not just talking about working out, not talking about just your morning bridging, but in any area of your life, if you find out what you need to know and what you need to do. And I've talked about this before, but make an overview off all of your life that you hear some things that I want. You know? I mean, I want to make sure that hey, I'm starting to savings plan and I have five or $10,000 that I'm gonna try to build up too, you know? And you have that area of your life, you know, and you say, OK, that's a goal in my finances. And then you look at a different area, your life, your personal relationships and say I'm gonna make sure I take one bay can Asian gear and out of that savings plan, I'm gonna you know, I'm gonna lot so much money for that and and you can keep own with that guy's something talking about a lot of financial stuff. But, you know, you can say, OK, I want to invest in things. All right, So what I want to do is I want to make sure that I liked so much money that I'm willing to risk to gain more so and that's one thing that I'm starting to try to do is is get involved in things that are, Um, not necessarily. You know, something somebody would be involved in right straight out the gate because they're thinking it's too risky, You know, you could lose your money, but you look at it from the standpoint of Okay, I'm gonna save so much money. This is the money I'm going to do with that with, you know, So it might be 50 bucks a month. It could be a lot more than that. But my point is, is finding out what you feel comfortable with started a small way, and it could be it could be almost anything. It doesn't just apply toe one area of your life. If you find the area that you won't improve, just remember that small change, sometimes lasting change, and then big changes sometimes fall away. So make sure that you're in it to win it. And that means just taking your time, making small, consistent changes and then working it out. But that's what I was thinking. And I want I want you all to ask yourself the action steps today. How does this apply to you? The third talking about today. How can that make a big difference in my life. I mean, could it be your education? Could it be something you're studying on? It would be like, Okay, here's what I'm gonna do. This is my a marine biologist. This is what I can change that will influence my life, You know, in a positive way. What do you think about that, Patrick? Yeah, I think, um, I think I think taking those small steps and for the action step fun is something that definitely will influence your life. And because most of time, when you when you improve your lives, your health, it reaches. I think you have to realize the impact that has beyond yourself. Like, for example, if I work out every day and I'm eating healthy, I'm healthier. But in that process, I could be impacting those other people like you said you were. You see other people that are working out Well, I could be an example to other people, and they they would wanna work out there. I mean, that guy's always healthy, happy smile, and he always looks great. Man, What is he doing? And then they see I'm working out all the time. Then they're gonna want to do it. And so you're spreading valued other people's lives by being an example. Um and then not only that, but you're keeping your your health and check. And so you're you're obviously gonna be healthier. You're gonna be ableto spend more time with your family. You're gonna be able to, you know, do things like hiking, camping, you're gonna be able to go places with them taking places. And not only, and you're gonna avoid a lot of these things out there that could take you down. And, you know, I think that's important is to realize that you're impacting more people than yourself when you make sacrifices because eating healthy is a sacrifice. Working out is a sacrifice. And generally things that require some sort of sacrifice often help other people and provide value for other people. And something one time that you were talking about with the goals and stuff like that of having the goal is Ah, funny story is back in the day. A couple years back is really nerdy. But I had a note pad and on the note pad, I wrote down a list of things I wanted qualities I wanted to find in in the woman and a girlfriend's kind of cheesy and ah, I wrote it out, you know, hair color, what they looked like. You know what, How they are all that. And I described him as I saw in my head and, you know, a few years later, incidentally, I actually have. I'm with my fiance. She is exactly as I depicted, and it is weird to say, but I would look at that notebook now Look over and I re read. I think about it and I'd visualize it. And I think that something important is often has will write these goals, but we don't visualize them. And we don't paint a picture for what we're looking for. And in her case, I guess my subconscious triggered and was like, Hey, that's what you've been writing about for reading about for months. Isn't that the person you've described? And then it was like and then So I acted on it as I wow so like, if you if you had a goal like let's say you want to get out of debt so you visualize yourself that free every night, your mind and be like, Hey, here's some money. Go pay the debt off in your subconscious. Well, kind of work in your favor. I believe this is really true. And it'll, you know, in the mornings and the evenings before you go to bed, you just visualize where you want to go with that goal and in the end result and what you get. And I think that adds a lot too. Uh, you're go. I think that makes it even more achievable. I mean, what what do you think about that, Jeff? Well, I mean, I thought that I have thought about that before is imagine your ideal self, you know? And that's harder than what you would think. Because when you think now you're talking about goals, which that's also you can you can apply it to that as well, you know. So let me take that first, let's say, for instance, you want a particular car? No. And you put it up and you look at it every day. You know, um, I thought about that before you know where you have something in front of you constantly and you're thinking about it and you look at it before you go to bed. You know, when you think about how you're going to get it and you study about it, you do research about it, and it's just like you become more knowledgeable about what you're trying to cheat. But you put it in front of you all the time. But one of the things that our like I said I was talking about it correlates with This is your ideal self. You know, imagine how you want obey, you know, And that could be a fit person. You know, I'm sure. Probably in most cases it is. But imagine who that person is, how they look like, you know, and just visualize that because if you can get a really good view of that and you can see that and then you can imagine yourself what you would be doing if you was that person, you know, I mean, that's powerful. I mean, because your mind if you put it in your mind hey, you know, this is the person that I wanna be. I wanna be super fit, for instance. And you know, there's all these other things to go along with. That would be financially secure, and and I wanna make sure I've got that All will be debt free, you know, And I want to be healthy. And I mean, the list can go only known, but it bulls down to what you won't. But here is a very important thing. Rather than just say you want to be those things and visualize that you are those things. Look at it from the point of Okay, if I am that person, what do I have to do to become that person? So, I mean, it's almost like Okay, if you say you're gonna be healthy, we'll see what comes to mind. I mean, you probably gonna have to eat, right? You know what I mean? It's like you can see yourself is a fit person, and that's a start. But when you start looking at okay, if you see yourself as a fit person was a fit person day, we'll fit. Person makes better decisions, they make better decisions on how they eat and, you know, and how much sleep they probably get and just all kinds of other things. So, I mean, you could make a list of those things if you wanted to, but you got to get granular with it when you get down to that level. Okay? I want to do more than just have the mindset of a healthy person. I want to start thinking about what they do, you know, and how I can start applying that. And when that becomes a big thing in a big focus in your life, you'll start seeing you Sure, some of your actions, your action steps, is going. You're gonna start doing those things, and when you start doing those things, it's weird. But your mindset will get to the point where you're like, OK, you might want or two changes, and then you want to make more changes. And then when they grow, when you make that a habit, it's like you start getting mo mentum. You get that moment. Um, it's like now you can accomplish things that you didn't even like. I don't even know how I got here, you know, I mean, you just It's one of those things. Your mindset has power. You just start thinking about that. But really, I really think that it comes down to action steps I really do. Most things comes down on the mind set and actions steps that's it. If you can get your mind right, your body's gonna follow. But you have got to take action at some point, or it's just it's just something you're thinking about. You know, you're not really not really doing anything, but it's not gonna be a reality. Mindset is important, but mind set without action, you know, it just don't work a lot of time. So you got to put them together. That's what I think. Patrick, What do you think? That kind of kind of leads me to? This weird story? Uh, so I there's this place I go Thio Ah, I use this laser to engrave. Glaser had some friends and they used to and there's a guy. He's over the laser. He supervised it because it's a very big laser. And so we'll go to this. There's like a like one of the bases want the heaven building, And so I'll go on the base in the building, and it's a big industrial grade laser, and I took some classes on how to use it. And so for the past couple of months, all I did when they showed me how to use it, they showed me like 11 design and that was it. And that was it. That's all I had. And so for weeks I would go in and make something, probably every week, just to stay current and people because people like to order, like engraving and stuff. And so I'd go making engraving of, you know, some kind of random plaque or signed for somebody, and and it's like as I did it, I was. I was growing and I was learning, and I was giving 100% in that regard to, um to what I knew. And then I was taking action constantly. But what I didn't realize was I was taking the wrong action in some cases, and so about taking action eventually what happened was I walk in one day. Well, that guy's there, and he's really good with it, you know? He's really good with the laser. He's like, Hey, I need to talk to you. He's like, I saw your work and it wouldn't that it wouldn't have good on this one. I did, and I was like, he just called me out. And so I was kind of man, huh? Okay. You call me out. And so I looked at what I did, and I was like, Yeah, that's you know, that's that's bad But that's the best of my abilities. That was the best of my abilities. But to him it was bad because it was not the best of his abilities. So he took me over to the laser and he showed me some settings and some numbers and how to do it. And we need it. It came out to twice as good as mine. And I was like, Wow, Oh my gosh! And so now I have that ability in my tool belt while somebody came and asked for me to make something. And then I use that ability he showed me and it came out twice a cz good as mother times. So my efforts now equal even more so by taking action, I ran into somebody who further in my success, even Maur and then T today. Somebody asked me to make something in a piece of wood and I've never made anything in the wood. I had no idea and I went in there. I made a mess. I mean, it was ugly. I couldn't figure it out. So then fast forward. A couple hours later, I run into this lady and we're just talking about random stuff. I don't know how it gets brought up, but I'm like, you know, I liked burning stuff and I'm like, I just don't know howto I'm trying to burn something around that you can't figure out. She's like, Oh, well, I'm an expert at burning wood and I'm like, Oh, so she shows me some pictures of her burning wood and she's like, Here's my phone number. I'll help me burn this. I hope you burn this piece for yourself. So about taking action not only was, Ah, you know, creating success along the way. But I was, incidentally, running into people and situations that increased my abilities. Even though I was given 100 and effort, it was increasing my abilities. So now my 100% effort could equal even greater success over time. And now you know, like I said, I got all kinds of people, show me how to do stuff and it's crazy. So by taking action, that is the most important thing, because if I would have said there and read a book and slides and all that, I probably wouldn't figure it out. But if I run into an expert and they showed me in two seconds and I put that my tool belt, I just learned something fast forward, my learning curve exponentially. And next thing you know what? I'm an expert, you know, it's crazy. So I mean, it's funny story, but I think it fits. What do you think? Well, it makes sense what you're saying. I mean, there's just so many things that I could parlay into into that, um, you know, one of the things I think is really important is making sure you're spending time with the right people and around the right people, you know, cause if you do that, you can. You can learn a lot of stuff, but I would encourage you to be around people that you I want to be like and it's in this stuff like what you're talking about. But if you bring up and you talk about the things that you're involved in, it's amazing sometimes that you find it comrades. You know what I mean? It's like one of those things, just talking about something like burning wood in that case found out somebody is involved in that. And it's like You never would have known that Alicia brought it up, you know? I mean, that conversation may have never happened if you hadn't have said anything, but I would encourage people to be around people and learn new things. And and here's another thing is really super important is don't be intimidated by what people know, because really, it's about learning. It's about growing. It's about experiences. And, you know, everybody wants to be good. You know, in most cases I've seen but imagine yourself all alone where you're really great and everything. But you're alone, you know, it just don't work out, were made to be around people, you know, and you're gonna learn things from people. But the truth is, people need people, and you know, you can kind of get isolated from people and just, you know, and not have to be out from people. You could just kind of stay but yourself. But most of time it's healthier to be around people because we're just made to be that way. I'm not saying you don't take breaks or some people are not introverted rig. Some people are extroverted because obviously they are. But we're we're made to be around. People were made to learn were made to be creative. I feel yeah, I agree. The rich, you don't have to work and all they can talk about is making money and get another job. Yes, I don't understand why they would be that way, And I did. I understand that, you know, because really, if you having that success to that degree, if that's all you got and you don't have much number one. But if you can have that kind of success to make, to make choices like, for instance, do not stop working. But start working on things that were things you want working, you know, would you get to choose now what you do, but here's key, and I'm kind of getting off track a little bit here. But here's teen to get into a place that you're really and Joey and make enough money to then focus on the things that you want to do, because if you've got to make sure that you're doing something every day, let's say, for instance, it you just give your best toward what you're working in. And I know that sounds silly to some of you guys out there. You think, man, you don't understand what I have to do in a day. But I'm telling you this if you gotta do it and you can't get out of it or you're not getting out of it, why not make it the best that you can make another word to be the best that you can be? And if you will get a habit of that and you let that spill over into other areas of your life, then one day, more than likely, you're gonna wake up with more success than you had when you started because you changed your mind Set, you stopped looking at work is work you started looking at at work is how well can I do it? How can I be better tomorrow than I was today? And it ain't even about your boss. Sometimes when it gets that point, everybody has bad days. You know, I'm not saying that, but you get to the point where it's about how well can I do this? I'm being productive and you get to thinking about all these different ways and you start looking at relationships different. But if you go in there with that attitude of, what can I get out of? And how can I get through this where I don't have to do anything? Let me tell you most of the time, there's no place that going further down cause you start thinking, Well, I just you know, I can't catch a break, you know? Well, the truth is, you start thinking like that. You're probably not gonna catch a break. That's probably gonna be more. That doesn't mean look at it from his point. I need to tell you all this because I have experiences in my life so many times. If you look at it from the point, something happens where you've gotta work more than what you you wanted to Let's say you gotta work through your weekend off. All right, Now, let's look at it from the mindset of I'm gonna try to think about how I can get out of work or how I can do this where I don't have to, you know, hurt myself or, you know, and a lot of times it's keywords. Okay. You're not really hurting yourself. But you tell yourself something like, Well, you know, I don't want to do more than more than I have to, you know, cause I don't know. I don't want to just wear myself out. All right? But look at it. From the point of view of if you looked at it is how well I could do it. I mean, how would you see differently? You know, if you looked at it from how can I get out of work and your boss company? And you said you gotta work weekends. You by all that's just what I thought. I thought I was gonna cheat me out of that. And now look at it from the mindset of you go into work that day and you're thinking, OK, I'm gonna see what I can do on this course. You won't be safe, but you look, it is I'm gonna do the best that I could do because I gotta be here anyway. I just want to learn and enjoy the relationships that I have to the best that I can. And this Imagine that boss comes to you and they say You gotta work the weekend now I want to ask you both people Had that happened to him and imagine you're both people. It's just different days. How would you have taken it differently? That second time? You would have probably thought Well, you know, when he was thinking positive, he probably thought, Well, hey, it happens. You know, I'm just gonna have to work weekends. He probably roll with it. That first person would probably think I can't believe they did that. You know, I knew they was gonna do. I just knew that. And it could ruin the rest of your day. But my point is, if you can redirect your mind set and make it, I have it. You can take something you hate sometimes and turn it into something she love. I know it sounds ridiculous, but if you can get your mind toe look at things in a different way, you can have awesome success where you could have had failure. What you think about that, Patrick? Yeah, Yeah, I agree. It's Ah, change it, flipping stuff around. That's negative. Speeding it positively. And I think that's I think that's really important. I think so. I said, it's not the it's not the situation. There is not the situation you're in right now. But it's where you go on some like that. I think action, I think it comes down to It's important to say, Okay, I'm gonna go in and get the work done. I'm gonna make me a list, and we'll get going. I'll make sure I get started right away and get mo mentum. But what it boils down to in the end, is whether you do it or not. Whether you actually take action when you start when you go in tow work. If you say, Hey, this is what I'm gonna do And then you do it. You start with two or three things. Your day is gone before you even start. Hardly. Yeah, You had it all someday. I've been productive today. I mean, how well do you feel, Patrick? I mean, you probably experienced things like that. I don't know how much you've experienced that. I know. I've experienced a lot. You might have experienced more than than, uh uh, I have, but, um, it can make a big difference if you can apply it to your life every day. No, I agree. I mean, if once you get in the zone, it's Ah, You start feeling good. Time flies by. It's kind of like working on the podcast. I'll be working on the podcast, not going to some rabbit hole, and I'll come out like, two hours later. I'm like, Whoa, brush or when I'm in a situation where I don't want to be somewhere and I got something going on, I don't want to be there at all. I mean, I do tend to get overly negative, and it's really hard for me and hot to be like, Man, why am I here right now? But I've started to kind of change that frame of mind set toe like All right, How can ah, I guess How can I apply myself here? Be 100% in this moment? And in that way I could give 100%. And, uh, I've been trying that and is working really well. It's like if you any relationship, you know, and you're at the dinner table, you're going to give 100% you know, don't get your phone out. Don't read. Just give 100% whatever you do and give 100% in it in the in the moment, and that way you can truly enjoy it, take action. But in closing, I say That's the wrapping up. A good action step is get put 100% of the moment of whatever you do when it is for the next cup for next week. See if that changes anything and, ah, second, except I can't take others. Visualize where you're headed in the morning and night. Visualize it in your head. You can use pictures, but I love the Visualize it because that man, that's where that's where everything happens, isn't your head. But anything else? Jeff, before saying, It's really good on those, and, uh, I couldn't set it better on those If I had anything to add, I probably would add, If you've ever been in the zone, how did you get there? And I want you to think it's very important and sometimes we just do and we just think life. Sometimes it's hard and you know it can be It can be very, very, very hard. But I want you to think if you've been in the zone before, how did you get there? And the question is, is how are you going to get back there? So I would just leave yo with that. And that's all that I have for closing. Guys, We appreciate you being here, Patrick. You have anything else? Yeah, Just ah, Head over the apple podcast. Give us a review. Let us know what you like.
