I advise you to get the notes. It just makes sense. So do that. You get a lot of great value from our podcast. You don't have to write down everything, Actually, maybe things in the notes that you may not get the podcast, but a lot of times they're pretty close to the podcast. But making sure that you get those notes, make sure you get the is making sure you get the main points and they're pointed back out to you. So you don't miss a lot of that stuff. So let me get right back into the podcast here, and we can get right on to this podcast. Getting to the point today. What I'd like to talk to you about is, Do you need to slow it down and master what you're doing? Or is it one of those things where you just need to get it done? You know, there's things like that in their lives where we just we need to take her time. And then there's things that we just need the hammer through and get it done. You know, it's sometimes there is that juggling. There's a judge judgment as to what you need to do at a certain time with a certain thing in there is violence. But I would like to tell you that, Hey, everything's easy and it's just one way. But the truth is, certain things call for different measures. You know when you've got to know if you need to slow it down and master it, or if you need thio hammer through that going to the next thing. So I can't tell you what that is in your life. But I can tell you that it is a judgment call a lot of times. You know, if you're working on your craft, you know, and I want to encourage you to continually educate yourself. Take routine time daily to add to your knowledge every day. You know, if you're writing down a point right down that point every day, I'm gonna do something toward learning more about my craft. You know, I'm gonna take the time toe learn, Maur about what I need to know about it might be five or 10 minutes, you know, trying to make it. I'd say it least 10 minutes. Try to take 10 minutes a day. You know, you can't get to the point. We're just five minutes is not enough. Really Take you about 10 minutes. Just go over. I mean, most people confined 10 minutes. So fine. 10 minutes in your day to go over some things that you need to go over and learn new stuff. Keep adding to your skills. Guys like you harping on this over and over and over and over. But the more productive, more efficient, more relaxing, the more balance, the more things that you put in place that's needful is going to make your day great you're gonna be better. You're gonna be better than you was the day before because you're better. You're doing things that you didn't do. Your doing things in a better way, and it's gonna make you a better person. Doesn't make you better than somebody else. Just makes you better. You But it better. You today may make a better you tomorrow. I don't know if that really made sense, but you get what I'm trying to say. Add to your value where you have great days. They'll be better than they were today. Keep doing that every day because I really think it adds up to be a happier life. Guys, if you're just going for mediocrity, you're gonna get meteor rock. I didn't say that, right. You're gonna get a mediocre life. Excuse me. So make sure you're putting in what you want to receive out. That's key. And it means to do it every day. Now, believe in violence. I do believe there is a time that you do rest, you know? But if you arrested every day to a large degree and you're not getting it done, I gotta hold yourself accountable to guys you know, you just can't just go off grid here and just I just think you know what? I'm gonna take the next 10 years off, and and I'm not gonna do any work. There has to be reasonable actions that you're taking, you know, here. So And I say that because sometimes guys get in the mode of I want to just take a break and, you know, it's like one minute turns into five. Okay, let's just be honest. It may turn into five hours. We can't allow ourselves to get to that point you got You gotta be able to mind Check yourself. You know. Were you thinking Oh, wait a minute. I was gonna take five minutes in that recliner. Him? I took five hours. So I want you to understand that you've got to hold yourself accountable. I'm not telling you to do things. It's gonna hurt you. There's got to be balance. But what I am saying is, make sure it's balanced and it's not just yourself telling yourself a lie. Oh, I need to rest for the rest of the week. Do you or is it something that's not logical? It's emotional. You don't feel like doing something, not because you don't know that you don't have rest or you physically don't feel like doing it just cause you don't want to. You have to practice that discipline, routine muscle discipline, muscle, the routine muscle and that comes from consistent practice. That's part of how it comes. You build that over time. A small sometimes changes, and that's what I call a small change technique, where every day you work on one little thing until you build that muscle up and then you can add something else. Then you add something else, and I'm not saying you don't take balance. You don't take breaks, but as you go, you learn where you could take a break. You learn you can take. You can take a day off. You can do that. I think you should do that. I mean, the Bible talks about that. You know, I believe it says Take the Sabbath day off for something. A pair. I'm paraphrasing that obviously I'm not quoting a specific verse, but I believe the Bible does talk about taking the Sabbath day keeping the Sabbath day. Holy, I think, is, uh, something along those lines is what it talks about. So, guys, I don't want you to understand, to take sometime to get yourself right. But just make sure that you consistently taking action and you're doing things that you need to do. I got a way off topic today, I guess, guys, But I want you to understand that if you keep adding small changes to your day, you know what I'm saying. It can make a big difference in your life. But, guys, I hope you've got some value from this today, and we'll see you next time.
