Are you ready to be entre Vied? Let's break free of the life we're told to live, create freedom and well, by adding value to others live, challenge traditions, challenge authority and get onto ified. Hey, guys, this is Jeff with entre fied and five minutes of random thoughts with Jeff. I'm Jeff, your host. We're gonna be going over a lot of different things today. Let's get started, guys. I'm excited today. One of the things I want to talk to you about it. Why don't you always do what you need to do? You know, sometimes we don't do what we need to do. Why is that? You ever consider that? Why don't we just do what we always need to do instead of not doing what we need to do? Why is it we allow ourselves to do that? You know, sometimes I think it's habit and I think sometimes have it is built by actions that you do in the previous days. I don't know if you've never heard that definition of it. It's not really a definition. It's more of a saying. Well, what I'm trying to tell you is if you start practicing right action, you start getting a habit of right action. So let's look at the likeliest. Why don't you always do what you need to do? It's because maybe you've not built that habit. You know, maybe from the work hours you're expected to go from, Let's say I don't know 7 to 4 30 for instance. And during that time you do what you need to do. You're effective, you're productive. But when you get off, you tell yourself, now I can relax. I deserve to be able to relax. I need that balance. You know, there are certain people that work from 7 to 7, and I have to keep going. Yes, they're more productive. I believe you need balance. But what I'm trying to say is you need to figure out what you won't. You need to start realizing sometimes the reason you don't get what you want is because you have just average expectations for yourself, which is come home. Relax, get up to the same thing again. I'm not against you. But if you want unreasonable results, sometimes you have to be unreasonable with yourself. You have to look at it from a point of view. of Okay, I need to get this done that I need to put in some extra hours to get it done. You gotta become unreasonable. I know it sounds strange, doesn't it? When you come unreasonable with your expectations, you start getting possibly unreasonable results. So, guys, I hope you've got something from that. But why don't you always get what you need, Because you don't always do what you need to do. And sometimes what you need to do is ask yourself, What is it that I really need to spend time doing? What do I need to do right here in this moment where I could be better prepared for the next moment and you start keeping yourself accountable and start writing down. This is what I'm gonna do today, and you get it in your mind that this is what you're gonna do and you start taking action on things. Say, I think it's super important that you're listening this podcast and getting people that speaking good into your life. But it's also important that you start taking action. If you just gotta listen the podcast and you're not gonna take action, you're not gonna get the results you need. It's in combination listening, hearing what you need, but then starting to put action steps in place and working it out. You know, I call it walking it out, you know? So that's my thing that I want you to start to do today. Start doing just a few things today. Just one thing. Start doing something productive today that you'll do again tomorrow and the next day and the next day start one thing that is going to be a benefit free and continually do it. Just start one. You've listened to different things. You heard different podcast. Start one thing that you know you need to do until you see if this is what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna practice the small step technique, which is I'm going to do something small today, and I'm going to do it again tomorrow and then the next day and then the next day until you get to the point where you start building moment. Um, I'm telling you, when you start doing that, you can start stacking things and you can overwhelm yourself. I'm not saying you can't but get to the port when you practice one thing. You know, maybe it's just getting up early. 10 minutes for you. Maybe it's something else. Find one thing that can you can consistently do every day. So that's action point that I want youto wantedto bring up today. What if you could put yourself in the same mindset every day for the rest of your life and start first thing with a positive attitude with a productive mentality with something that would change your life. And you could do that every day of your wife? What would that look like for you? How big with that bay for you? You know, sometimes if you can figure out what that is for you. You ever had a great day. If you start finding out those little things that make your day great and you start figuring out how the Hackett had a hack your life, that is to say, you start putting those things in your life every day, you start putting things that make your day better in your life, you're gonna have a better day. So that's my second point today. You know, I just have two points. Guys, that's it. Today. I didn't make the under five minutes thing. But I think if you start applying these two principles Oh, my goodness, it's gonna change your whole life. It's gonna change your whole destiny. That's my opinion. But, you know, if you can try to find out those things that make your day great and what that is and you write those down and you say, You know what? Every day when I wake up in the morning, I'm gonna start trying to do that. I'm gonna start taking. Maybe it's five minutes in the morning. Would you just take up some deep branch? Sir? You You go outside and enjoy your coffee. I'm not telling you. That's what it is for you find out what it is for you. You've had some good days. You need to start becoming accountable. Yes, but you need to start looking at the details, figuring out what those things over that's making you happy. You start paying attention to details, guys. Why is it that I'm happy today? Why is it that you know things seem to be working better and try to figure out what that routine is trying to figure out what those things that make you better are and do and do them. Guys. I hope you've got great value from this today. We'll see you next time.
