Hi, guys. It's Jeff. I'm here with Patrick. Patrick, are you during the day,

spk_1:   0:04
You know, pretty good man. Excited to be here. Had awesome day.

spk_0:   0:08
Did you know we're playing in 24 countries?

spk_1:   0:11
No, that's crazy. I can't believe it. I mean, I can't even pronounce some of these.

spk_0:   0:17
No. Patrick was showing the earlier that of the place that we've got in different countries. And he's like, man, check this out. We're all these different places. I'm like, really? So it's crazy like that. But, I mean, you know, you're on the internet, you know, you got a podcast. I got a lot of different listeners from different places. And that's crazy. I mean that you can reach out into all these different areas, but we're not going to try to let it go to your head right now. So we're gonna move on to something. No, about our show. So one of the things that I want to talk about today is is why do you have the desires that you have? This is driving me crazy when you think about why you do what you do. Why do you think that is? I mean, let's say, For instance, you said OK, you have a good day at work. All right. Well, what? Did you have a good day? You had a bad day at work. Why did you have a bad day? You know, I think sometimes we get locked in this mode that we were constantly going and going and going and going, and we just think, Hey, we just had a bad day because he's just a bad day. I mean, it could be based on a lot of things. I mean, it could be based on how you're thinking that day could be that you didn't get your coffee this morning. Everybody knows

spk_1:   1:31
I like to call,

spk_0:   1:32
so I'm using it as an example. But what I'm trying to say that we ever stop and think why we have the desires that we have. Why did some people wanna set in front of the TV while other people won't read books? Why is that? Some people want to go to the GM and other people's like man, I don't wanna work out. Why would I want to work out? I don't want to go eat something. You know where I want to do something else. So I want to get out and be outdoors and some other person wants to stay indoors. Why do we have the desires that we have? Patrick, enlighten me.

spk_1:   2:07
Oh, man. Um, yeah, I could have been thinking about this and deal with this myself recently. I think me personally, I'm just going to speak on my level. I I generally will play video games, watch TV when a procrastinate. Whenever there's something that I don't want to do, I don't want to face, and I don't have the energy to face it. So let's say I'm, you know, doing playing some video games. And I know I got to take the trash out and I keep avoiding in avoiding and avoiding it. And, you know, we we avoid this comfort. So that's something that's really difficult to, uh, really changes to face those discomforts we have because it takes a lot of energy to to do things that we really don't want to do. Go to the gym. You really probably don't want to go to the gym workout, and it's gonna take a lot of energy to get out of bed. Put your shoes on and go to the gym, and, um really, I mean, really, it's like, you gotta have a really strong purpose. You gotta really wanna to do it. Like my purpose for taking the trash is I'm probably gonna get murdered by Jessica. So I take the trash out so you know, you get a room, you have a reason why And I think, Ah, lot of times we don't really We don't really clarify why. So, like, let's say you let's say you have some bad debt lingering and you don't really clarify a plan on how to take care of it. You don't really taking the action towards that. You don't know how to deal with it. So instead, you just ignore it. You pay the minimums, you forget about it. You let it go because you lack the you know, you don't want to be uncomfortable, you don't want to face it. And, um, I mean, I think awareness is the first step is knowing, you know, May Why am I sitting on this couch watching this movie every night? Why my washing movies every night? Because let's just be honest, man. There's so much to accomplish in this life besides sending around washing TV all day or playing games. I mean, like, you know that you want to do other things. Or maybe you are watching educational documentary's on the TV, but to really sit there and think and be aware,

spk_0:   4:26
like, What is

spk_1:   4:28
it that I am avoiding? Why am I setting at this computer or TV? Why am I? Why am I sitting here right now? And if it's because you're stressed, that's OK, then it's okay. But if it's because you're avoiding something that you need to confront, then it's not okay. I mean, you take action towards that. I mean, what do you think about that, Jeff?

spk_0:   4:49
Well, I mean, I'm gonna throw it so you know, No, I don't want to say real bad, because me and your buddies, man, I mean, we talked about before, kind of worked with each other, and we It's like Patrick says before me, he's like, we can talk, you know, in honor. And Shauna sharpens our or something like that is what he said in the past, I would really feel that way. I feel like that we're friends enough that we can talk about that. But it's just like what you just now mentioned I want I want to throw a little, uh h he only is because it's like I used to not want go to the gym. And all of a sudden, now I've started going to the gym and I'm looking forward to it. Something you mentioned, you know, you probably don't want to the gym. I'm using this example. So that was in a time back in my past. That was true. So one nail, why male has that changed. And, you know, I'm not gonna mention this person's name because they're famous and I don't wanna, you know, have any trouble with this person. But I don't know that they're I've heard something about this famous person that what they do is they run toward their fears. I'm not against this person by the ways I think they're pretty cool person. But anyway, I don't want to talk about it if they don't want me talking about him and who knows in this day and time. But what I'm trying to say is, they run toward. I've heard that I've heard that they run toward what they're afraid of And I was like, Man, you know, sometimes that's a little bit different. Then you know, the what a normal person would do not to say for abnormal. But what I'm trying to say is they look at things in a different way. And what gave them that desire for that? You know what I mean? And it was, like, possibly a figure, Maybe, I don't know. But you look at it from the standpoint of all these people. Look at things so different, what's different about them That makes them look at it like that. And I am getting to a point, guys. So one of the things I think we need to do this just be real here. I think we live in this place where we're always asking our emotions what we need to do right now when it comes to productivity and doing things that we need to do. Well, come home. We're like, Okay. I mean, you may have a great job. You might not have a great job, but you need to do something and you tell yourself Well, I need do this. But I'm going to sit down the chair now. There is a time for setting down the chair and hanging out, relaxing all that. I'm not saying that. What I'm trying to say is when you get to the point where that's all you ever do, there's a problem. I mean, can we agree on that, Patrick?

spk_1:   7:33
Yeah, I definitely agree. How

spk_0:   7:35
many think that's all you're doing every day, day in, day out? No other thing. Nothing else in your life. And there needs to be other things in your life. I will point that out. You know, then that's a problem. If you're wanting more and you don't never get off the couch and you can there's an issue. So what I'm trying to say is that sometimes we get in this emotional state where we're like, I just don't feel like that. So that's one of the action steps and I won't bring out today. This side wouldn't make sense. Guys, I want you to sign what makes sense in your life. Sit down. Write that out. You don't have to be like, Okay. I'm gonna go this gm, I'm gonna start running three miles a day. I'm gonna I'm gonna join the club. I'm gonna go out here and try to get another girlfriend. You know, I'm talking about Don't go massive here. But what I'm trying to say is, here is what I need to do today. I'm actually gonna do it. I'm not gonna say, how do I feel like I'm going to do it? Uh, if it needs to be done, there's no emotion in it. And I think there's so many times that our lives are controlled by lazy emotions we get in this lazy state where we're just saying Well, we talked herself when we ordered to be about action. When you know you need to do something. Why are you asking questions about it? If you know you need to do it, you've got the plan. You know what to do. You know, I'm not saying if you don't know what they don't think about it. But what I'm saying is, when you know what? Today, why are you still asking yourself? Well, I think I may just, you know, need to rest. Or I think I might just sit here in this chair like I met you before. Why are we still talking there? Said when we were to be doing? What do you think about that, Patrick?

spk_1:   9:29
Yeah. I mean, I think, um I think there is this buffer and his lady talks about it. It's a five second buffer between our, uh I don't know what she was talking about, but it basically you have five seconds before your mind kicks in and starts toe kind of dictate your emotions, come into play and try to dictate your decisions. So, like, let's say you're laying in bed. Your alarm clock goes off a 5 30 and realistically, you have five seconds to jump out of bed. I don't know how many people jump out of bed in the first go, but you got five seconds to him by the bed. And then after that, five seconds, your emotions come in and they start talking you out of it. That, like you, no one is really coalesce. It really code out there. I'm really warm right here. And then you start trying to relax. Rationalize it emotionally, and the next thing you know, you're, you know, in bed another 2030 minutes, and they're six o'clock. So I think, uh, I think really that as soon as you hear that alarm. You have to either take action or you don't take action and you lose. And

spk_0:   10:38
I hear what you're saying. And this might be a little bit out there and left field for a podcast here, but I'm looking. I'm outside of the box right now, okay? I'm not in the box. I'm thinking about this outside of the box because there's some weird things that I have seen as faras, you know, in my own life about getting, you know, effective and efficient and productive. And in these moments that I'm like, Wow, you know, I have some of these wild moments ever now that but, you know, it's it's weird how our mind and our body works sometimes and I haven't figured that out. I'm just We'll let you know that which you obviously know that probably. But what I'm trying to say is that there's some certain things I've tried toe hack myself to figure out ways to be more productive, to get better results out of myself, because my emotions were saying, Well, you don't want to do that, you know, it's sometimes I get mad, you know, I heard it said one time that sometimes you know that what you need to do is you need to just get mad. You need to get to the realization this is a problem. This is what I'm gonna do about it kill you, you know? And until you get to that point that it becomes a need, you know it. You're just You're just kind of just say, Well, well, it'd be nice if I'd done this, but until it becomes something that has to get done, you don't get serious about it. So I want to throw something at you here if I want. I want you to think about this from a mental standpoint. You're laying in bed and you want to get out of bed. Oh, I could light here just for a little while longer and feel good. Okay. Who hears? That's That's the question I want to ask you. Who cares whether you could feel good or not? Is it about your feeling good all the time or is it about things getting done? So I want to know, why do I care so much about stand in bed and feeling comfortable when I ought to be doing something else? It's like I've taken leave of my senses on a certain level, you know? It's like, you know that you need to get up. You know, you're gonna be late for work. You know, you've got to get your kids left side off to school. You know that? You know, it's like we talked herself like we deserve this time. And I'm not saying we don't. Well, what I'm saying is this when we get into these, sometimes we get into these lazy moments that maybe you guys don't. But I did. Okay. I get into these lazy moments where I'm thinking, OK, I should be Just take this time because I didn't. And how do you break out of that minds? How do you break out of that box? That that conditioning were you actually said? You know what? Enough is enough. This is what I won't. I'm making a plan. This is my second action. Step? Yes. I want you to make a plan for what you want. I'm not talking about. Imagine it. Okay? I'm talking about right it down. What you want in a high level. So if you want to be a have a new car. I'm gonna have a new car. This is how I'm gonna do it. You don't have to get all into the details, but say something like, okay, I want a new car. I'm gonna say $500 a month or $100 a month or, you know, and I'm gonna go for this period of time. But I want you to write this out for the different areas of your life. Personalized business life. Just have a high level. Because if you're running towards something, you know what I mean. You got to at least have a target. So, Mike, something that you okay? These are the things that I won't. All right. All right. I'm down. I mean, I've already mentioned one action set which is decide what you want to do and take the lazy emotions out. But you've got to get real with yourself. So this is what I want. This is what I'm gonna do it. And didn't you have to start asking those questions when you don't make those goals when you stay in bed and you should have got out of bed? Why did I do this? What's going on? And don't beat yourself up, okay? I mean, you gotta look at, like this. Why did I do it? What was the cause of it? And let's see if we can go to the root and fix that. What do you think about that?

spk_1:   15:02
Well, I think, uh, I think the reason why you the reason why you would you would one day just snap into something like, Let's say you don't you haven't been going to the gym in a while and then one day you just snap into it. I think there's a couple of things that affect that. I think you wanted your environment and the people you're around. So you could be introducing new people into your life, that arm or active healthier, eat healthier, more are going and that slowly you start to pick up on it. And eventually you want to be that way, because it was obviously a positive thing. And I think that's a little piece of the puzzle. But I think the really big piece of the puzzle is, you know, why are you doing it? What? What's the purpose behind it? And I think, um, uh, yeah, I mean, I really did some soul searching like a year ago. And it really brought me to realize that without a purpose, we don't. There's no point of us existing. There's no point of waking up. And when you don't have a purpose, you'll just sleep in all day. You'll feel depressed. You lay in the bed, you won't want to get up. You won't wanna wake up the face today because you don't. You don't have a reason to face today. So I think it's imperative that you that you really find that reason and you really have that purpose so like and you may not notice that you develop this purpose all of a sudden, you may not realize it may not have that self actualization. You may just wake up one day and wanted to go to the gym and then a week later you start thinking like huh? Why? You know why? I just woke up one to go to the gym. I'm still here and you don't really think about why or what your purpose is for it. But you you have one. There's an underlying reason to You did it, you know. What was it to get healthier, lose weight, whatever that is, you clearly have a purpose. And what's dangerous about that is is unless you identify that purpose and that reason why your motivation because you're running off pure motivation. At that point, you're running

spk_0:   17:10
out of moving. That isn't all support. I don't mean to interrupt you, but that is so good.

spk_1:   17:16
And that's why we have people that coming here in January 1st and they get motivated, fired up and they have a reason to have a purpose. But they don't know what it is. They don't know about it. And so they just know they need to get in a jam to get healthier and more fit and, you know, create value. And they're famous lives by living longer life. So they're in the gym and they're hustling every day they're motivated. And then about three weeks later, they're running on fumes, you know, and they're like, OK, and they miss a day in the miss two days, three days and it's over and then try again next year. And the reason why is because they have it really sat down and wrote it out and said, Okay, why am I getting up every morning at five million to go to the gym. What? What is spurring me to do this? My kids. Okay, so then you sit down. You ride it out like you said, You write it out. You say, my kid, John, makes me want to get up every day, to run and to take care of my body so I can live a longer, healthier life and be in John's life for a longer moment, in time. And so that every day you wake up, you should be thinking about that. Think about John. Why are you going? Because of John? And then that will give you the feel that you need beyond motivation. So that way, when you because motivation on Lee get you there on good days on a bad day, motivation won't get you there cause you'll be running. You won't have any energy. So when you look at that paper and you say, man John, you know, really thinking about John and I don't have the energy, But I gotta do this because my son I want him to be I don't want to be in his life. I'm gonna be happy. And so then you You you motivate yourself with that underlying

spk_0:   18:58
reason trying to say you're hacking yourself. That's what you're saying. You're you're You put the mind hack. Um, that's

spk_1:   19:04
yeah, that's how you act. So that's how it that's how I do myself. Because this podcast I wouldn't feeling in a couple days ago, I really wasn't. And then all of a sudden, out of nowhere and not not to give us polarity, you guys. But we we have a really awesome interview coming up, and we have awesome guests. And, uh, I mean, that totally relieved my fire. And I had to go back and read my wife and reflect and be like, Okay, this is what I'm doing. This. And thank God we found somebody that aligns with our mission what we're doing and is an absolutely perfect fit. So stay tuned for that one, guys, but yes. Oh, that's just my thoughts on that one, Jeff. Well,

spk_0:   19:49
I'll tell you what I mean. I don't know if I was one of the wise. I mean, was I listed in love? Why get to talk to Jeff every time? Hey, Rio, You can't get compliments. Compliment yourself. I'm just mentioned Patrick, but no, I mean, I think you made a really good point. Oh, man. As far as the motivation and surviving off that, you know, and before I forget, this probably will in the mid sentence here. But, you know, it was yesterday. We had a lot of rain. Right? So I'm thinking Okay. Ah, I'm not gonna go the GM and actually, I No, no, wait. What was it? No, no, no. You guys wrong? I actually had an appointment that run later. And it may have been raining, too. I don't remember. Anyway, the point is, it was lighter than I generally go to the gym. And still no one. I just I just don't want to do this days too late. I'm ready to go home and read to get some food, you know? And so I just was kind of a little bit upset about, you know, I was like, Okay, I just But not enough to do anything about it. Not enough to go tell me. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't go. I know it sounds weird, but today it's like I had, you know, khakis on my dress shirts, you know, when it's like I need to go get a T shirt, you know? And they don't work out and, you know, dress clothes and that kind of stuff. So I thought, Well, you know, you know what? I'm just gonna go get it, you know? So I just went and I done it. You know, I've actually worked out in, like, a polo type shirt for this makes Ember teach list, but it's like I just didn't want to go home, you know? It's like I'm out. I don't want to go home, and I'm gonna go back to the G. M. You know, I just go to the gym.

spk_1:   21:41
You got gym bags, you know,

spk_0:   21:42
You're right. E run right into that one. Guys. Anyway, so I went home, I got the, you know, the shirt and come back. So the queen he is there has been a time in my wife or that same question has come up. Should I go home and get the shirt? This myself so ridiculous to you guys? You know, But, I mean, I'm actually asked myself that question, and I thought, you know, I don't want to do that. I want to go with just a polo shirt, even though it's ridiculous, You know, I'm just gonna go in there and get it done. I've actually told somebody the gym on my man. You know, I keep forgetting my show, you know, so I don't worry about it. So I actually told me that they had done the same thing before, but moving home, I went and got the T shirt. And what I told myself was, I'm going to get a T shirt, you know? And I placed a demand of myself, you know, it wasn't about Hey, you know, you don't wanna go home, get that come back. I'm going to get my shirt, period that I will come back. It's just gonna be This is what I want to. So I made a stance. A student said, Look, this is what I'm gonna do, and I think that's so important. I know it's just a basic decision, but how many times do you stand up and you say, this is what I'm going to do, you know? So I want you to understand that, and I've already mentioned that guys and I don't know everything. I'm not saying that dude. But I'm saying sometimes it's necessary for us to decide what we won't and not allow. As I've said before, these lazing moments of of emotions that have no logical you know, logical representation of them at all. They're not logical. They're just emotional. It's sometimes it's it's very good if we just, you know, we stand up and say, Look, this is what I want to date I'm doing this and it has to happen in your own self and you have to get that confidence. But I'm going, Oh, known here. But I did. Won't you guys to have another action stuff? You know, I I mentioned riding down an overview of the different things that you got, you know that you want to do. I think that's important because it's like if you're running down the field and you don't know where the end is, how you gonna know when the Andy is, You know, I mean, you got to figure out what goal you're trying to accomplish. You don't have to get all detail with it right now. I mentioned that I mentioned about deciding to do something regardless of your oh lazy emotions, but because I think sometimes there are emotions that we need to listen to. I mean, we're tired. We need to rest. Okay. If you're hungry, you need to eat. You know, you're you know, you feel that hunger emotions were I say it's emotion, You know? You feel like you need a Let's put it that way. Uh, but what I'm trying to say is there's valid emotions. And then there's these ones that have no logical Bice. Those are the ones that you need the question, you know, So that's important. But I want to give you, like, three things, right? Actually, I want you to do this for yourself. I want you to find out three things that you're motivated toward right now in your life can be simple. I want to get up because I wanna walk tomorrow. You know, I want to go take a walk. A lot of people like to walk my walk a couple miles. You know, I want to go see my kids tomorrow. Spend some time with them. I want to take a break in the morning before I go to work. You know where I want to go? See my family. You know, I want to take a vacation on playing that find two or three things right now that you want to do and that you're motivated toward because sometimes we get in a state where we just were not feeling good. We're depressed. I'm no doctor, guys. So I'm not claiming to be here. Seek the medical advice if you need some. So I'm not giving you any kind of medical device advice about this. But sometimes I think we get the press because we don't have anything to shoot for. We get to the point where we think everything's the same. We're not looking forward to anything. You need to put something in your day that you can look forward to. I'm not saying it's entirely your problem. I'm just saying it may make your problem better. What do you think about that, Patrick?

spk_1:   26:13
Yes. Uh, definitely. You know, like this earlier purpose. Have that purpose Have a reason to wake up and be excited. I know. This morning I woke up. I was really excited because that interview guess he's Ah, yeah, I was like, Ma'am, I'm really excited. We finally found somebody that fits the bill. Perfect. You know, really pumping up really fire me up. And just to add something, toe all this you've been talking about. Ah, a key component of all this is his moment. Um, so you really need to have little milestones along the way. So let's say you're going to the gym to lose £50. All right? You need to have a milestone to celebrate £1 not saying in a tub of ice cream, because you you lost pale. But I'm saying you need to be like, you know what? Good work. Good work. And ah, and then and then And then what's your next little you know, Micro? Go. All right? £10. And there you go on, then. You know, just having those many goals that will you build momentum. And that way you keep you keep the ball rolling. Because as soon as the ball starts rolling, man, it's over. So don't forget

spk_0:   27:19
that. Yeah, I don't want to cut you off here, but, you know, you mentioned you're taking away one of my goals here. You know, if I lose some weight. Yeah, I think I should have to mask.

spk_1:   27:30
Just don't need a tub after one pill

spk_0:   27:32
each other. May I can't have a tub.

spk_1:   27:34
Okay, maybe after 50.

spk_0:   27:37
I'll tell you what I've been doing. I've been getting on the scales, guys, and it's not going down

spk_1:   27:43
and maybe the tub. Maybe they go.

spk_0:   27:45
I'm looking at it from the standpoint, and I wanna I don't wanna get off because we're like a 25 minute mark. You know, a SZ faras. We're about 25 minutes on, in on the podcast or a little bit above. So it's time to ramp up a bit. This has been a little bit different. Ramp up. I mean, ramp down is what led me to say, but it's been a little bit different. Called today. I didn't want to bring out one more thing. Kind of just make it maybe in self involved and everything with a gym. I hope you'll bear with me. But maybe Patrick can give me some advice on this because he he's been doing the gym a lot longer than I have. So, you know, I've been going to GM. I'm telling you, it's weird. I never wanted to do this before, and now it's like I really enjoy. So I would like to mention the massive, you know, change. Because some people would tell you don't don't do too much, You'll burn out, you know? I mean, you don't want it. You don't want a lift to harder, you know? And I'm not talking about Wait, but I'm talking about Just do a lot, OK? Don't do a lot of exercises. You don't want to get some story, can't move, and then you just want to quit. But it's like I went into this and I'm taking it slow. And I told myself, Look, all I'm really doing this for is I just want to tone up. I really enjoy this. And I think it's got to a feeling element with me. So it's like I started. This was like, Okay, we'll start this like like Patrick's talking about motivation. What? I run into something that I really liked it. I started doing this. I'm like this. Release some stress talk this. So I guess my question to you is which I think this is gonna be a long term. I really do. But why now, Patrick? I mean, and I'm not. I know this kind of putting you on the spot. But why is why Male. I mean, I've got some other areas of my life that seemed to be going good. And this is one area guys that you don't know. I've been trying as I've got older and put on a lot more weight. I mean, it's just really, really you know, And it's one of those things that, you know, I'm not really concerned about it here lately. I've got concerned with it, You know, I'm getting older, and I'm thinking, you know, it just don't make sense to keep doing this year, you know? So why now? Patrick? You know what do you think I'm asking your professional opinion if you're professional, this so subject?

Well, I mean, I would just say I think I think there's I don't think it's ever one thing. I think it's multiple things. I don't think anything in life is just one thing. So I would I would attribute to multiple things. Um I mean, one being you just You just said that. Do you thought you needed to make a change? So that's probably big catalyst, because you said you you weren't feeling, you know healthy in that regard. And another thing is, if you let's let's say your ex selling, you know, you know multiple areas of your life, which I'm sure you are, Then you're gonna look it. Your weak points. We're gonna be like, man, you know what? I really have not been exercising, eating right? But everything else is going well, You know, I have a lot of have a lot of money going on. I have a lot of success and, you know, different businesses and all that. And so, But by by looking at that and seeing that kind of spill over into, you know, the cracks, like, let's say your cups running over. So now it's flowing into, you know, other places, because clearly you had a weakness, and you you're identifying it. And I think I think it's over time to the it just comes into play, and my dog is freaking out. I don't know what his deal is, but jeez, but, um sorry. Gotta

be on the podcast.

Yeah, he's just trying to be a guess. Yeah, but, uh, yeah, that's his thoughts on the opinion, you know, But anyway, so, um yeah, I think it's Ah, I think it's just overtime. I think you've probably realized that you need to make a change. And then eventually I think you had a lot of success in other areas and eventually you were You were like, you know, a man. Let's just do it and I mean, I think that's what it is I think you've just had I think it's just kind of built up over time and you finally are facing it. And I think it can be long term if you keep, you know, the reason why you started, you know, in the forefront of why you're there. You

know, I think you know one of the most important things, and I'm gonna try to close with this, and Patrick can end the call here on this note. But I really think it was trying something new, you know, and I think that, you know, with good things, I think that's important to note sometimes that when we know things were good things, we say, you know what? Why not try ended things? I mean, it's me, like okay, given example, you know, eating good is, you know, we all know that that's good for us eating certain things, right? Or we've been told that if you one day you just say, Hey, you know, I'm gonna try that, and I've heard the gym is good. I want to try that. And, you know, I've heard that if you go out on a Sunday afternoon and just relax and take a walk, it's good for you. I might try that. You know, there's a lot of those I might try that, you know. And if if you just start trying those little things like that, you never know what you're gonna run into and you never know what that's going to stone into. That is what is so wild with this life. One decision can spawn into something crazy that you didn't foresee. That's it's amazing. It really is. You like about that?

spk_1:   33:21
Yeah. I mean, just think closing. I'll just add, um, the fact that you're talking about starting slow and not burning out. I think that I think there's two different ways you approached that because let's use, you know, podcasts. For example, we've We've been doing this 90 day, Ah, 90 day challenge doing episode every day, and not just you know, crappy after something talking like we're doing a good quality, you know, 10 minutes. I talk, and I mean, that's easy for some people, Hard for others, but, uh, where we're doing no shows all the time. You know, every week we're dropping these podcasts, and now we're implementing interviews. And, I mean, just we're on what they 59 day 60 out of? No. And it's just crazy how we went from 0 to 60 in the episodes and we haven't skipped a beat, you know? So I think you know what spurred this toe happen. And, you know, one other thing I'll mention is is it wasn't a priority. Let's say let's say something in your life, you haven't been doing it and then one day you start doing it. That's because it's finally a priority in your mind. It finally became priority to you. So the GM, you know, it may or may not have been a number one priority for you a few months back, but then something changed in your life in your mind set and you was like, That's a big priority. Then it became a top priority for you. And now you're giving that, you know, the attention it deserves. I think that's very important. Is keeping that focus attention on something that that deserves number one priority. And, you know, if you guys have anything you know, if you're in that zone right now where you don't know you don't wanna wake up. You don't want to face the day. You don't have anything to look forward to, you know, Texas 6154318389 We're here for you. We're here to talk to you, Help you through it, you know? So just Texas.
