Hey, guys, welcome to show your host Patrick here. Hope you ready to get on defied today. Have a pretty good show coming for here. We're gonna be talking about, um while mine is blank. We're gonna talk about the mission statement where entre fied is headed, where we're going. Clearly as you can see how it's not scripted, like word for word. I'm not reading like a robot. Ah, this podcast is not meant to be some robotic, boring statistics, whatever it's meant to be, you know, actual real life experiences, really life situations and hopefully some real life value added to your life. That's what we're shooting for, guys. So, you know, here's entre fired. We help you create success by adding value to other people's lives and situations, but taking action, challenging possibilities and making logical choices toward your goals and dreams in order to achieve that next step. It's all about that next step Here, guys, it's all about the next step. We're here to help you make it to that next step and in the process gets what happens to us. We go to the next step so everybody takes another step because no matter where you are right now, I don't care who you are. I don't care where you are. There's always a next step for you, and you can always help somebody, Um, who's in a previous step that you've already taken. You can always help them make that next step, and there's always somebody ahead of you. There's taking that next step the you're about to take, so just know you're never at the beginning. You're never at the end of life. You're always right in the middle, so you can always help people on the, um on the back side. And you can always be helped on the front side. Just keep that in mind. So where has modified headed? And if you, if you're listening this first episode, I like to do these episodes to paint a clear picture. There was a book that I read. It was called The E Myth Revisited, and, you know, basically it's talking about entrepreneurship business. It talks about how having a direction, a goal, a mission and a purpose for your business is very crucial. So whatever business you have, you need to have a direction and a goal with that business, and you need to constantly revisit it and make sure everyone is aware of it in your company because, you know, it's kind of like getting into a on a plane with the plane ticket. It's a one way trip and you don't know where you're going. You don't know where the plane is going. It could be going right into the ocean for all you know, and crash and burn, and you don't want that to happen. You want to know I'm getting on this plane and my next stop is gonna be Atlanta, Georgia, from Nashville, Tennessee, to Atlanta, Georgia or from the United States. Takeda, you're gonna know where you're going. You need to know where you're going, and you need to inform all the passengers that are getting on the plane with you where they're going and those passengers air your employees, your family, your spouse, your Children, whoever you're letting them know where your ship is sailing to and where your plane is flying too. So Hey, look, this is Day 41 of 90 of about a challenge ahead for myself and Jeff. He's also on the show with me. We take turns, we do shows together and we're looking to interview people too. If you give big effort, you get really, really big results. You go in the gym. You lift £5 on the bench. Press man, you You're gonna get any anything on your chest? Nothing. But you go in there and you lift in. I don't know. 135 220. You're gonna start getting some results on your chest. You're gonna start getting strong. So you gotta get big effort, though, to get there. You gotta give really big effort. I'm 1st 1 the gym and I could barely do. Ah, the bar could barely do £65. You guys know what I'm talking about? When you first going in the jib, you can't do much. But if he gives, if you get big effort every time you go in there, you're gonna get big results. And anything I want to talk to you guys about it is is you're like content, your business, whatever, Whatever. You give 100% of your effort, it may be different than 100% of the other guys. Effort, if you have a guide to your left. He's been doing this for two years and he's mentioned to 2010 times and you're benching the bar, which is £45.10 times and you're struggling. But you're giving 100% effort and he's given hundreds and effort. Then you can't compare. So never try to compare yourself to Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg and those guys because you can't compare yourself because there are hundreds of their effort is completely different of 100% of your effort because you haven't worked those muscles out enough. So do not compare yourself to anybody else except for yourself. All right, so don't give small effort. Give big effort to get big results. So finding direction in your business in your life is one of the most vital tasks you can accomplish means so crucial. Guys, it's so crucial. You have to know where you're going. Keep it simple. Keep it going, guys. That's what you gotta do. So even if your message you don't think it's huge, it could be huge to somebody else. I mean, it could be something small and simple to you, but there's somebody else out there. It could be huge. It could change their life. It could make their lives better. And that should be something that should spur you to want to share your message, who you are. So here's the main point today, guys, if you're on a plane, if you're in a plane, ship or car, wouldn't you want to know where you're headed? I'm gonna keep repeating this because very important, it shouldn't be any different for your business or your life. This is where entre fied is headed, where you headed. So we're headed in the direction of pumping out more content, hidden that 90 day every day goal and getting more view and getting more people on the show to be interviewed. But content is at the core of everything you notice. I'm not saying we're here toe years. The five things were gonna be doing these next 90 days. We're not gonna We're gonna be working on websites, e mails, you know, different things? No, it's simple. It's simple. It's content. And the interviews. What is that? That's just another form of content. There's no change. So and I bring that out to you guys to say this, focus on one thing, all right. And this is where we're headed, where you had it. Follow one course until successful on something and make it happen. I've had a lot of squirrel moments these past three weeks since I've been doing this 90 day recording. Ah ah, 90 day record. Fantastic quality episodes for the show Challenge, kind of Ah, I don't know how to phrase that better, but I have stuck with it and no one has changed my mind And they won't change my mind. You know, you have so many obstacles come up. So many things pop up people try to change your mind. They try to change your trajectory, everything you know If you're building a house and you're you're building a house, you're building something custom. You have so many people come by and input their opinions even if you don't want it, even if you already have a dream. Now, I'm not saying their opinions all the time. We'll be good. Won't be bad. I'm saying every now and you may get a really good opinion that you're like, Wow. Okay, that changed my mind. I'll add that I'll take that away if they improve a really, really valid point. Like, Hey, man, if you if you build his house like this, it's gonna fall over, and you could be like, huh? Okay, That's right. He's right. And then you make a change, but hardly off. Hardly ever do people say that most people just say things because they want to, That they could say, Well, you know, you're not putting enough effort here or you're not doing this right now, doing that right. And then, you know something like that shouldn't be discouraging you. You know, I've stuck with my goals and my had 100 cent laser focus, and I haven't let any of that discourage me. So don't let that discourage you guys find one thing and give it 100% focus and priority in your life that you need to do better or that you need to make better. I'll read that again. Is the action step for you this episode to day to do this right now, I want you to find one thing in your life. Give it 100%. Focus in priority that you need to do better or to make better. So is that your relationship? Is that your finances? Whatever it is, you need to figure it out. You need to pinpoint it. That weak point Because the weakest link in your chain is what's gonna make your chain break. So you need to identify that area. You need to give 100% focus priority to in your life your business that you need to make better. All right. Remember, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, and the second best time is now.
